Returns:
Changed your mind? You can return unused items within 30 days and receive a refund upon receipt. No questions asked. Email info@pet-tech.com.au with your order number and we will provide you with the return address.
We have implemented a $15 restocking fee for change of mind returns and exchanges.
This fee covers the shipping and transaction expenses associated with the initial purchase and subsequent return or exchange. It helps offset the costs we incur for shipping the product to you and processing secure transactions. We strive to provide efficient service while maintaining a fair and sustainable business model. At Pet-Tech we are fully committed to customer satisfaction. If you have any issues or queries, please yell out!
In the unlikely event that a device fails we will either offer a free repair or a replacement (at our discretion based on stock levels and availability of spares).

This limited warranty does not cover failures due to abuse, accidental damage, or when repairs have been made or attempted by anyone other than Pet-Tech. No liability on this warranty shall be incurred in the respect to damage or loss occurring during transit to or from the purchaser.
Water damage:
Although some of our products are advertised as water-resistant or water-proof, they are not designed to be used in or near water. Devices that are advertised as water-resistant or waterproof, are made this way to mitigate faults that may occur if the device comes in contact with water. Water is capable of entering some of the devices if the cover has not been sealed correctly, or if the seal is moved during use. As there is no way to detect weather damage or loss due to water has occurred from improper use, and any damage or loss arising from water damage will void the warranty.
