Once charged, we have two new dogs barking close to our clothes line (on the fence) every time we go near it to hang clothes out. One use of this barking stops and does not continue. Great product that gives us the quiet that we deserve. Thanks.

We purchased the T2000 about 2 yrs ago and it's made a massive improvement for the better on our dogs behaviour.
We have never had a problem with the collar itself, but the transmitter has never charged to its full capacity. The first recharge was completely successful, but it has never fully charged since. It doesn't even show the scrolling bars to show that it is charging. I keep plugging it in, yet, slowly it's losing life and it's down to one bar. I hope this is a one off in the batch and it's not designed to give out before the actual collar is deceased in order to get buyers to spend more. I'm not sure if I can buy one separately. I can't seem to find spares on your site.

I have a little Maltese X who is not used to living in suburban area. Barks at everyone and everything that happens to pass by the house. Used today for first time in auto bark setting. The most he has barked us 3 times consecutively. He is certainly not happy about the noise it makes.
I am very hopeful that it will help with him running off to chase bikes or cars when we are out camping and he is off leash.

My dog had horrible recall for a very long time. A week before I actually bought the collar I was thinking about whether or not it was worth it, then she got out and was hit by a car (she’s miraculously perfectly fine) because she was choosing to not listen when I was calling her back and trying to catch her. Then I got the collar and her recall INSTANTLY improved. I used it on her maybe 5 times total and haven’t used it since. The peace of mind I have now is worth so much more than the cost of the collar. I can’t recommend it enough.

Works well with my 8month old dog. I mainly use the remote and beeping. When she is barking I say "Collar" and now she stops barking before I put it on. The citronella puffer works but I am not seeing much moisture puffing out. Is that what is meant to happen?

We are so glad we decided to go ahead and buy these collars . Our rescue dogs were barking at everything that moved and verbal correction was impossible as their anxiety was intense coming from a puppy farm the collars have help us control different situations with them without having to go to extremes. I’ve hardly had to use the citronella as the warning bell and vibration part have proved sufficient. We are still working on the anxiety and baking when we receive visitors all in all this purchase was has been the best decision I’ve made.

Second collar over years I've purchased from here. Someone borrowed my last bark collar & their dog chewed it when taken off & not put up.
My dog hadn't needed it on for ages but a new dog moved in nextdoor.
I love the screen. I worked it out easy. I only need the small shock pieces in & even a level 1. She hasn't forgotten her last bark collar. I take it off her most time & putting a normal dog collar on her even stops her now into thinking not to bark much. I don't have to put her away cause of her annoying the neighbours & I can
rest again, yay!!! Easy to set & charge. Much much less stress. Very highly recommended.

We have been battling our American staffys excessive barking for quite a few years, we purchased this item about 2 weeks ago now and omg has it made a massive difference
From barking non stop through out the night and day to only a bark here and there.
We have tried so many anti bark devices through out the years with no success with any but this was definetly worth the purchase I would buy again and again in a heart beat have only had to charge it once but that's only because we didn't realise the Chanel had been changed and didn't actually need to be charged but that's stupidity on myself. He's only gotten to the zap feature twice and has very quickly learnt to stop after one bark
I highly highly recommend this item to anyone who has a stubborn staffy that litteraly barks at nothing or barks at their tail while going round in a circle its 1000% worth the purchase

This collar works brilliantly! Living on acreage makes it very difficult to keep a dog contained when he can easily jump the fence - this collar keeps him within the GPS radius set so I don’t have to worry anymore

We live on a farm and like to give our 2 very active kelpies freedom to run around, but they were developing a bad habit of roaming much too far afield. Turn your back and theyd be off adventuring for hours. Our fence cant keep them in and we don't like to chain them all the time, so these collars have been perfect! With the reccommended training they learned the boundaries quickly (we set it to 300m), its now been a month and they stay within range always. We don't have great phone/internet coverage so its a big plus that the collars work without it. Easy to set up and use. The only down side is relatively short battery life - they need charging every 2nd day or so. We put the collars on during the day and charge them overnight when the dogs are restrained. Overall a small inconvenience for the peace of mind they give - the dogs can run around and be active, and we don't have to watch them closely or worry about their whereabouts. Everyone's happy!

Our dog is 1.5years old and has always struggled when being left alone while we’re at work as he gets lonely and is a needy boy. We bought this collar a few weeks ago now and he has not barked when being left home alone since! It has been life changing for both us and him. Highly recommend!

This is a great collar, but I think it needs adjustable shock level, as some of the other collars do. I bought this collar for a 5 kg moodle and found the shock level stronger than the appropriately adjusted level that I use for my 18 kg dog. That's the only flaw.

Very happy with this collar, Ziggy hates it sulks when he has to wear it, however it works. Took a few days and no more barking at dad for no reason and neighbours dogs.
It will take a while longer to fully train him but perseverance prevails 👍

We have been completely stunned as to how well this works. Our dog will not let any activity go by on the road past our house without tearing up to the front door and barking as if the worst possible threat was happening to us. Nothing we did worked. I unpacked this little device, turned it on, 5 minutes later someone 'dared' to ride their bike down our road. Dog raced to the door, barked once, then spun around and glared at me so hard I couldn't help but laugh, and then she slunk away. 10 minutes later someone walked past, again dog raced to the door, barked once, spun around and ran back to her bed. A week later and the monster of all evils, the rubbish truck comes along. Now this event always results in 15-20 minutes of solid barking while it travels up and down our cul-de-sac, peaking with a barking frenzy when they dare touch our bin. This morning, we didn't even have the magic bark box turned on - dog stayed in her bed the entire time and just grumbled to herself. What kind of magic is this?? And we haven't even got to the bark collar I also bought!

Very good and effective device for training our Jug. Easily rectified bad behaviour and nuisance barking,we only have to show her the remote even without the collar on and she immediately stops in her tracks.

We are on acreage and our 10 kg pup kept going to the next door neighbours through the farm fence and causing worry and mayhem with their dogs , due to a large fence line I didn’t want to go down the line of putting a wire on the fence. I purchased this product with high hopes and it has exceeded my expectations. We set it on zap straight off and yes within 5 minutes with the collar on he got a zap and he has not crossed the boundary at all since he hears the warning beep and comes straight back to our house. It definitely works and i highly recommend this product
